Toyotech Terms of Trade
By engaging Toyotech for service or repairs, you agree to the following terms. These help us deliver clear, honest service while protecting all parties involved.
Payment Terms
- Full payment is required upon completion.
- Accepted methods: EFTPOS, Credit Card, Bank Transfer (must be cleared before vehicle is released).
- Late payments may incur interest and administration fees.
Estimates and Pricing
- Estimates are provided via email and are based on the information available at the time of booking.
- While we take all care to keep our pricing accurate, estimates are subject to change in certain situations, including but not limited to:
- Discovery of additional faults or required parts during the repair process
- Delays or complications caused by previous modifications, aftermarket accessories, or the vehicle’s age (e.g. rusted or seized bolts)
- Any changes will be communicated to you and approved before further work is carried out.
Special Order Parts
- Special order or non-stock items require full payment prior to ordering.
- These may not be refundable once the order is placed.
Vehicle Collection
- Please collect your vehicle within 48 hours of job completion.
- Storage fees of $25 per day may apply after this period.
Abandoned Vehicles (WA Law)
- Vehicles not collected within a reasonable time and after all contact attempts may be considered abandoned.
- Under the Motor Vehicle Repairers Act 2003 (WA), Toyotech may recover costs by disposing of the vehicle after due notice.
- Associated storage, recovery, and administrative costs may be added to the outstanding balance.
Vehicle Registration and Road Testing
- Vehicles presented with registration plates will be assumed registered and roadworthy, unless we are informed otherwise in writing.
- Toyotech is not liable for any penalties or damages resulting from false or incomplete registration status.
- Vehicles may be road tested as part of our repair process. If your vehicle is unregistered or unsafe for the road, it is your responsibility to inform us at drop-off.

Toyotech Warranty Statement
At Toyotech, we stand by the quality of our workmanship and the parts we use. Our aim is to give you peace of mind long after you drive away.
Standard Warranty
We offer a 12-month / 20,000 km warranty (whichever occurs first) on all parts and labour provided by Toyotech.
Extended Warranty for Toyota Vehicles
If your vehicle is a Toyota built from 2020 onwards and genuine Toyota parts are used, we offer an extended 24-month / 40,000 km warranty (whichever occurs first) on those repairs.
Warranty Conditions
- Your vehicle must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s service schedule.
- If a potential issue arises, the vehicle must be returned to Toyotech for inspection.
- If that’s not possible due to location, you must notify us as soon as possible, and we will assist in arranging a suitable repair.
Manufacturer Parts Warranty
Parts supplied with a manufacturer’s warranty are subject to the manufacturer’s approval. We’ll assist in facilitating the claim.
Not Covered by Warranty
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse, neglect, or accidental damage
- Repairs by unauthorised parties
- Parts supplied by the customer or non-approved suppliers
